Job summary

Grüns is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Science & Research to shape the scientific foundation behind product innovation and marketing strategies. This role sits at the intersection of science, marketing, and product, ensuring evidence-based claims and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead claims substantiation, plan clinical studies, support R&D, and develop internal education materials while collaborating with product and marketing teams to drive trusted,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in science, regulatory affairs, or product development, including 1+ year in dietary supplements/food industry.
• Master’s degree or higher in a health-related scientific field; PhD preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex science into actionable insights and engaging materials.

Responsibilities

• Claims Research & Substantiation: develop evidence-based claims across product portfolio.
• Marketing Compliance: ensure content is compliant and compelling.
• Innovation Research & R&D: partner with Product and Marketing to inform new formulas.
• Clinical Studies: support study design and execution with external partners.
• Internal Education: create substantiation dossiers and guidelines for onboarding.
