Job summary

Epogee, a Medici Brands subsidiary, is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to design, review and lead research initiatives supporting novel food ingredients. This role blends deep scientific expertise with project management to accelerate in vitro and in vivo studies that support product claims and regulatory submissions.

Based in New York City, this full-time, in-office position collaborates with internal analytical and regulatory teams, CROs and academic partners to ensure rigorous study

Qualifications

• Design, audit, and lead clinical research studies with clear endpoints and data integrity.
• Experience designing study protocols and managing IRB submissions.
• Ability to coordinate CROs, academic partners, and timelines for multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee human clinical studies from protocol to contracting.
• Lead in vitro and in vivo bioassay studies to support safety and efficacy claims.
• Manage CROs and academic partners, including scope, timelines and budgets.
