ProCaps Laboratories seeks a Director of Research & Science to lead scientific strategy across the portfolio, evaluate safety and efficacy, and ensure compliant communications. You will supervise researchers, analysts, and writers, translate evidence into product recommendations, and partner with Regulatory, Marketing, and Manufacturing to drive safe, credible claims.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food Science or related field with 7+ years of industry experience, or Bachelor's with 10+ years.
• 5+ years of leadership directing research or science-based content.
• Experience leading scientists, analysts, and technical writers.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific strategy for dietary supplements and product concepts.
• Direct literature reviews, evidence grading, and substantiation packages.
• Provide scientific input to product development and regulatory teams.
• Develop and maintain audit-ready scientific files and dossiers.
