Discovery Place seeks a dynamic leader to manage museum operations and guest experiences across Discovery Place Science and Nature. You will supervise staff, oversee programs, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety during weekend and weekday operations.

You will coordinate budgets, training, and collaboration with other leaders to meet revenue targets and deliver engaging, educational experiences for all guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of programs or guest experiences.
• Provides leadership to all team members and departments interacting with guests in the museum.
• Ensures all museum guests have a positive experience through customer service excellence.
• Oversees cash handling operations and admissions reporting.
• Supervises up to 30 employees and conducts training and evaluations.
