Description

Paraclete High School was founded in 1963 to provide the growing Antelope Valley region of Southern California with an opportunity for Catholic secondary education. The school is accredited by the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) and co-accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
We are accepting applications for a Science/Mathematics Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. The successful candidate will demonstrate skills in subjects such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra, Statistics, Biology, or Physics, and will be committed to academic excellence and the values of Catholic education.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred)
• Current state teaching certification or equivalent, or eligibility to obtain certification
• Prior high school teaching experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to academic excellence and ongoing professional growth
