Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science field is required.
- Master's Degree preferred (Life Sciences).
- 1+ year of teaching or tutoring in science courses.
- Experience with diverse modalities (hybrid/online).
- Experience with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology.
- Strong reading, note-taking, and test-taking strategies.
Responsibilities
- Tutor for general education and science courses; monitor student progress and promote tutoring usage.
- Collaborate with faculty to support at-risk students; provide embedded support in online and blended courses.
- Create and present science workshops/webinars; develop asynchronous resources for science-intensive classes and health science exam prep.
- Contribute to strategic projects and support departmental promotional efforts with Learning Support leadership.
