• Minimum of three years of teaching and developing study strategies for adult learners.
• Experience with pre-health education and health professions skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and identify gaps for individual students.
• Develop and monitor holistic coaching plans in various formats.
• Assist students with Academic Development Plan requirements.
• Use outcomes to guide personalized learning strategies.
• Support resilience, time management, organization, and study habits.
• Refer students to tutoring, counseling, or evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate to develop workshops, guides, and learning resources.
