Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Three years of teaching or related school-based experience, including at least one year in teacher leadership.
• Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates professional learning opportunities to support school improvement.
• Leads modification and improvement of teaching methods in a culturally responsive school.
• Engages teachers to develop a culture of professional learning communities and promotes staff as learners.
• Supports differentiation of instruction with varied strategies to meet all learners’ needs.
• Models effective use of data to improve instruction.
• Facilitates the integration of technology as best practice for teachers.
• Models best practice in instruction.
