Job summary

Employment Enterprises, a nonprofit in the scientific community, seeks a Marketing Contractor in Washington, DC to support webinars, expo partnerships, and lead-gen products for virtual and in-person events. This full-time contract role offers hybrid work (remote acceptable) with an hourly pay range of $28–$34.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong HTML, WordPress, Eloqua, On24, and Adobe Creative Suite skills along with solid project management and communication

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing/events.
• Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, marketing automation (Eloqua preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience hosting or supporting webinars using On24 is strongly preferred.
• Basic HTML & CSS, strong project management, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to shows may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, logistics, and production of webinars, expo partnerships, and virtual or in-person events.
• Coordinate with webinar vendors, sponsors, and internal teams from kickoff to post-campaign wrap-up for 50+ events.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide KPI updates in PM tools.
• Collaborate with designers to produce marketing assets like emails, ads, and banners.
• Prepare collateral including emails and landing pages using HTML and marketing automation.
• Work with external agencies on social campaigns to boost site traffic and conversions.
• Assist content marketing including media kits, uploading content, and newsletters.
• Coordinate logistics and timelines for expo campaigns, sponsor onboarding, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events to meet goals.
