Acceleration Academies, LLC in Florida is hiring a Science Content Coach (Science Teacher) to deliver competency-based biology/earth space content, support personalized learning, and guide students toward graduation and post-secondary success in a supportive, student-centered environment.

You will lead classrooms, develop learning plans, track progress, analyze data, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Florida 6-12 secondary certification in Biology/Earth Space required.
• 2+ years teaching experience (high school preferred).
• Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping at-risk youth succeed academically and personally.

Responsibilities

• Support new student enrollment through outreach, recruitment, and engagement efforts.
• Develop individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s goals and needs.
• Serve as primary advisor, monitor attendance, progress, and well-being.
• Plan and deliver instruction in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Track progress toward course completion and mastery using assessments.
• Analyze academic data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and school/community events.
• Partner with internal teams to design personalized learning pathways.
