Acceleration Academies in Texas is seeking a ScienceContent Coach to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates, delivering competency-based content and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll collaborate with a team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Texas 7-12 certification in Science or Life Science (REQUIRED).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support new GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement.
• Assist with development of Personalized Learning Plans for GCs.
• Advise GCs with regular communication and support.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and wellness to ensure engagement.
• Deliver content-area instruction in individual and small groups.
• Monitor progress toward course completion using assessments.
• Analyze data to inform instruction and address gaps.
