Job summary

Proviso Township High Schools District 209 is seeking an All School Testing Facilitator at Proviso Math & Science Academy to organize, supervise, and promote a student organization or club in alignment with district goals. The sponsor acts as a mentor, leader, and liaison to ensure a safe and engaging extracurricular experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Preferred: valid Illinois PEL or Substitute Teaching License or related certification.
• Experience sponsoring or supervising school activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide active and effective supervision for all club-related activities, meetings, events, and practices.
• Ensure off-campus activities follow district procedures and obtain necessary approvals and transportation arrangements.
• Comply with all reporting obligations as a mandated reporter under Illinois law.
• Prepare students for participation by clearly defining expectations and responsibilities.
• Promote inclusive, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the club's mission.
• Coordinate facility usage and logistics with school personnel to ensure safe events.
