Beacon Mobility is hiring School Van & Paratransit Drivers to transport special needs students to and from school. You’ll operate a school van, assist with mobility needs, and adhere to safety protocols on established routes and schedules.
You must be patient, reliable, and communication-focused to coordinate with school staff and families. The role offers weekly pay with a $250 bonus every two weeks and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.
We are seeking reliable and compassionate School Van Drivers and Paratransit Drivers to transport special needs and handicapped students to and from school. These positions ensure the safety and comfort of students during their commute, adhering to all safety protocols and providing assistance as needed.

$18.00–$19.00hr - $250 performance bonus every two weeks.
- Safely operate a school van or paratransit vehicle - Assist students with mobility needs, including wheelchair support - Follow designated routes & schedules - Secure passengers using required safety equipment - Communicate with school staff, parents & supervisors - Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs - Always follow zero‑tolerance safety standards.
Monday–Friday only — no nights, weekends, or major holidays - AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM - PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Split shift schedule (2 shifts/day) - 30–40 hours/week

For over 20 years, Medical Transport Systems has been providing transportation services to Bucks and Montgomery Counties and has been exclusively transporting special education students for the past seven years. The company currently has 80 employees that operate over 50 vehicles.
