Responsibilities

• Oversees drivers and buses assigned to routes; assigns substitute drivers and vehicles.
• Oversees inspections and ensures on-time performance and safety.
• Maintains records and reports related to attendance, mileage, routing, and schedules.
• Coordinates with maintenance and safety vendors for repairs and training.
• Advises school administration on routing and driver issues (non-hiring authority).
• Drives as substitute bus operator when needed, ensuring student safety and order.
