Job summary

Capitol Region Education Council Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Family Liaison to support families and schools by addressing transportation-related needs, coordinating with bus companies, and providing resources to guardians.

In this role, you will partner with the Transportation Manager, host annual New Family meetings, attend school Open Houses, and document incidents to keep management informed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent organizational, communication and written skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate family transportation needs and coordinate with bus companies, teachers, and parents.
• Communicate needs to the Transportation Manager and plan resources.
• Host and manage annual New Family meetings.
• Attend Open House sessions to provide transportation information.
• Document incidents involving transportation and report to management.
• Assist in the Call Center when needed.
