Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local geography to optimize routing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with reading maps and using routing software.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors daily assignments; schedules drivers and vehicles.
• Ensures on-time execution of routes, field trips, and charters.
• Communicates route details to drivers for proper execution.
• Assists drivers with routing directions and special services.
• Escalates issues to management as needed.
• Maintains route documentation and records for accuracy.
• Coordinates vehicle service and repairs to avoid outages.
• Handles customer concerns promptly and professionally.
