Responsibilities

• Adhere to district testing plans and confidentiality agreements.
• Train staff on test security and accommodations for students with disabilities and ELs.
• Develop test schedules, room assignments, and test administrator assignments.
• Count, verify, and secure testing materials in locked locations.
• Ensure testing rooms are free of prohibited materials.
• Verify online testing tutorials for students before test day.
• Distribute secure materials and verify counts with staff.
• Monitor testing sessions and ensure proper accommodations are applied.
• Report testing irregularities per OTISS timelines.
• Reconcile materials after testing and return them to district offices.
• Maintain confidentiality of student results and use scores per policy.
