Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with end users and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot PCs in a Windows environment, Chromebooks, and Apple devices (hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity).
• Assist in PC Imaging processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot other technologies such as surveillance systems, phones, and projection systems.
• Work with vendor tech support for solutions to problems.
• Assist in installation/troubleshooting LISD’s WAN and LAN.
