You will start each day with a fresh task list, driving our small school bus to pick up children, cover staff lunch breaks, and assist with classroom coverage and general office duties. You will help keep the school running smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and dedicated to supporting educators and children, with an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Must be available to work the closing shift (6:30 PM–7:00 PM).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks from a fresh list tailored to the school's needs.

Each morning, you’ll receive a fresh daily task list tailored to the school's needs. You’ll stay on your toes while tackling tasks such as:

• Driving our small school bus to pick up kids from local elementary schools.
• Covering staff lunch breaks and assisting with classroom coverage.
• Providing general office and administrative support.
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep our school running smoothly and safely!

Position Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driving & Transport: Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Shift Availability: Must be able to work the closing shift (ending between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM).
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift at least 30 lbs and lift children when necessary.
  • Comfortable sitting on the carpet/floor with children during activities.
