Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to serve preschool through high school students across two school sites in Indiana. You will conduct assessments, implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy to diverse learners, collaborating with teachers and families to support communication goals.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, preschool through high school.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for diverse speech and language disorders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
• Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual, group, or classroom settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and service delivery.
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-wide initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding communication challenges and interventions.
