ProCare Therapy in Ellettsville, IN is seeking a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students.

This on-site role involves evaluating and treating students, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote communication success. A valid Indiana SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged) and strong teamwork are essential for this rewarding position.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and communication strategies.
• Educate families and school staff on evidence-based interventions that support student communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
