Soliant Health is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for Fort Wayne, IN. This is a K-12 role focused on assessing and supporting students' speech and language needs within a collaborative school environment.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with ASAP start through the end of the school year. Compensation starts at $36+/hour, with guaranteed hours, weekly direct deposit, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• IN state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• IN Education Certification.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
