Key Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in an engaging, school-based setting
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Implement effective intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
• Offer training and support to staff and families regarding speech/language development
