Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position in a Kent, Washington school-based setting. You will provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse student population and conduct screenings and evaluations to determine service eligibility.

Responsibilities include developing measurable goals, participating in IEP meetings, and educating families and staff on communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent
• State licensure eligibility or ASHA CCCs preferred
• Experience as an SLP in K-12 settings preferred
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs for students
• Skilled in assessments, therapy, progress tracking and documentation
• Strong communication with teachers, staff and families
• Flexibility in a dynamic school environment
