Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across elementary to secondary levels in a Michigan school community near Petersburg. This contract-based opportunity offers both year-long full-time roles and maternity-leave placements, with strong collaboration among educators and families to ensure student success.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure in Michigan, and CCC or CFY eligibility, with school-based experience

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different school environments.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students ranging from elementary to secondary levels.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district and legal guidelines.
Work closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s learning and communication goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success.
