Job summary

Hatfield Public Schools is seeking a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist to work with a multidisciplinary team in two district schools. You will conduct assessments, plan treatment, write reports, and provide direct and small group services to students, coordinating with an SLP-A under ASHA guidelines.

Responsibilities include compliance with federal/state regulations, development of IEP and 504 goals, data collection, progress reporting, and flexible scheduling to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background checks.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Complete formal assessments and observations.
• Provide direct individual and small group services to students.
• Coordinate documentation practices and scheduling with the SLP-A.
• Oversee SLP-A per ASHA guidelines and ensure compliant ASHA practices.
• Develop tailored assessments and reports for evaluation consents.
• Contribute to IEP and 504 plan development with comprehensive goals.
• Enter objective data and other information into required documents.
• Ensure evidence-based and measurable services.
