Job summary

The Reading School District is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to deliver a comprehensive program for students in the assigned location. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services and support IEP-driven goals.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (or enrollment) and ASHA CCC. The role requires strong collaboration, documentation, and adherence to district policies while duties include ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in speech/language pathology required, with enrollment in a Master’s program.
Master’s degree in speech/language pathology desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment and therapy for students.
Develop, implement, and document therapy programs aligned with IEP goals.
Adhere to district, unit, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare and submit screenings, assessments, Evaluations, IEPs, and progress reports on schedule.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, therapists, and families to support student progress.
Attend child study, instructional support, and IEP meetings as appropriate.
Maintain and submit student tracking and billing information as directed.
Maintain schedules and communicate with parents/guardians to promote carryover of skills.
