Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract School Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Brighton, Colorado. This in-person role is at an elementary school and requires a current Colorado SSP license for Speech-Language Pathology. The contract runs for 33 weeks with 40 hours per week.

Dates: ASAP – End of School Year; Schedule: Tue–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Weekly Hours: 32. Pay: $50–$60/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) matching and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado SSP license for Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language interventions.
• Provide therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Develop appropriate IEP goals and monitor student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals.
• Maintain required documentation and progress reports.
• Provide strategies and recommendations to support students' communication in the educational environment.
