Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and advisement on students’ social, emotional, and behavioral status.
• Implement school social work services within a multi-tiered intervention model.
• Develop functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention services.
• Collect data to measure intervention outcomes.
• Assist with eligibility determinations for special education.
• Develop and monitor individual education plans.
