Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a School Social Worker to support students’ academic and social-emotional success across partner schools. You will assess, counsel, and case manage students, and collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to meet student needs.

In this role, you will participate in IEP/504 planning, implement tiered interventions (MTSS/RTI, PBIS, SEL), and ensure accurate documentation while connecting students to community resources and crisis support when
