Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a licensed school-based social worker to support K-12 students with individualized social-emotional services.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to implement behavioral and social-emotional goals, including IEP/IPP/BIP planning, assessments, and data-driven interventions. You will deliver individual and group counseling, participate in IEP meetings, and help create supportive learning environments within SESI classrooms and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in school, special education, or behavior health settings preferred.
• Professional licensure (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/LMHC) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family counseling to students with IEP/IPP/BIP goals.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to develop social-emotional goals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete assessments and develop behavior plans and transition plans.
• Implement de-escalation, crisis management, and safety procedures as needed.
• Maintain student records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
