Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Active state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success.
• Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being.
• Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements.
