Applitrack in Forts Ferry/Latham Ridge is seeking a Social Worker- Short Term Leave to support students' social-emotional and basic needs at Forts Ferry Elementary School. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and mental health teams to help students access education.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, families, community partners, and as members of building-based mental health teams to support students' social-emotional or basic needs to ensure they can access their education and future opportunities - especially those that are marginalized.
• Provide crisis intervention
• Addressing mental health needs that impact school functioning
• Helping the child develop appropriate social interaction skills
• Work with parents to facilitate their support in their children's school adjustment
• Provide additional support and resources through relationship-building during times of family stress to enable the student to function more effectively in school and community
