Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Higher in Social Work required.
• Must hold a Colorado Alternative, Provisional, or Professional Social Worker License with endorsements.
• Completion of a state-approved Social Worker Preparation Program or participation in an Alternative License program.

Responsabilités

• Participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports).
• Conduct social-emotional assessments and contribute to IEP/504 plans.
• Develop individual or group interventions to address academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to design and modify interventions.
• Facilitate FBA and implement Behavior Intervention Plans with progress monitoring.
• Administer and interpret norm-referenced and curriculum-based assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary staffing to determine eligibility and planning for special education services.
• Ensure compliance with Exceptional Student Services and district policies (e.g., Medicaid billing, incident reporting).
• Conduct suicide and threat assessments and develop crisis intervention and safety plans.
