Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Social Worker to support students in an East Rosemount, MN school on a full-time contract. The role requires a Professional Educator License with SSW endorsement; MSW or LCSW may be required.

Qualifications

• Holds a Professional Educator License with SSW endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility.
• MSW or LCSW may be required per state, contract or facility.
• Current CPR, TB/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate as per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team in the school setting.
• Provides input in the development of IHP/IEP for students requiring social work intervention and support.
