Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a licensed therapist to join our school-based teams serving K-12 students. You will provide individual, group, or push-in counseling aligned with IEPs or BIPs and collaborate with school staff and families to support social-emotional growth.

The role uses SESI’s CASE PBIS framework, emphasizes data-driven practice, and includes paid training, credentialing support, and a competitive salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (mental health, psychology, counseling).
• Current professional licensure (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/LMHC, or LCMHC).
• Experience with children and adolescents in school or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling per IEP or BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop functional behavior assessments, BIPs, and transition plans.
• Implement behavior management and de-escalation strategies.
• Support social-emotional learning through curricula and targeted interventions.
• Provide in-service training with other teams and external partners.
