Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field required.
• Pupil Personnel Credential in California or equivalent.
• Case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between school and family and assist attendance.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, individual and group counseling.
• Participate on IEP team to determine eligibility and programming.
• Maintain case records and documentation.
• Collaborate with staff, students and families to support learning.
