Job summary

FullBloom's SESI division seeks a qualified social worker to provide school-based social-emotional services for K-12 students needing additional supports. You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver high-quality services, including individual and group counseling, per IEP and BIP, within SESI's CASE framework.

Qualifications

• Professional LMSW licensure required.
• Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field (mental health, psychology, counseling).
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents in school, special education, or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling services to students per IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs, including social-emotional goals and meetings.
• Complete social-emotional assessments, analyze data, and develop behavior plans and transitions.
• Implement behavior management, crisis intervention, and safety procedures.
• Support SEL development through targeted curricula and collaboration with teams.
