Qualifications

• MSW required with state certification (Type 73).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Valid driver's license or transportation ability.
• Experience in school social work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and diagnostic examinations to identify learning or social issues.
• Performs casework with students and parents to support learning and social growth.
• Assist students and staff in implementing behavior management plans.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and districts to support students' needs.
• Foster parental involvement and communication between home and school.
• Support dropout prevention efforts and academic success initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and share information with colleges and employers as required.
• Provide staff training and orientation on guidance-related topics.
