Soliant is seeking a Bilingual SLPA for an onsite school-based role near Sugar Land, TX. The position runs as a contract through late May 2027 and offers a stable 37.5-hour workweek in a collaborative district setting.

You will work in 1–2 schools, using Fluent Spanish and English to bridge communication and support diverse learners. Interviews are scheduled for Monday morning via Teams; a strong fit will join a forward-thinking team.

Qualifications

• Current SLPA licensure required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent).
• Experience in school settings highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct speech-language support services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Employ culturally-responsive strategies to serve diverse student populations.
• Partner with teachers and staff, contributing to the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and document student progress according to district workloads.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of therapy materials.
• Travel between assigned schools as needed.
