Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a full-time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services in a school setting. Responsibilities include screenings, evals, IEP development, and implementing therapies for articulation, language, and voice disorders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and contributing to progress reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state SLP license.
• CCC from ASHA.
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Supervision available for Clinical Fellows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to student progress reports and compliance efforts.
