Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services in a school setting.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, develop and monitor IEPs, and deliver individual and group therapy. The role requires CCC from ASHA, state licensure, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC from ASHA (certified), state licensure required.
• Experience in schools, early childhood, or pediatrics preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group formats.
• Track student progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Provide training and resources to educators on effective communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
