Role Overview:

A School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides comprehensive speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators and families to support academic and social development.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), deliver individual and group therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide training and resources to teachers for classroom integration.
• Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid state SLP license, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Preferred experience includes working in school, early childhood, or pediatric settings, with strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidential records and work collaboratively is essential.
