Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support students with speech, language, and communication needs in a school setting. You will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to improve communication skills while collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA.
• ASHA CCC’s or CF
• State SLP License or in the process of applying for a License
• Teaching certificate, or ability to obtain (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of speech and language disorders.
• Provide diagnoses related to communication disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for communication disorders.
• Develop IEP goals and monitor progress.
• Collect and document therapy data.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals.
