Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a school-based Speech Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs. You will perform assessment, diagnosis, and therapy, and help develop individualized IEP goals with input from teachers, parents, and related service providers.

You will collaborate closely with school teams to implement evidence-based treatments, monitor progress, and document outcomes to support students’ educational goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in communication disorders from an accredited university (ASHA-recognized).
• Current or in-process state SLP licensure; ASHA CCCs are preferred.
• Teaching certificate or ability to obtain if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech-language needs.
• Develop individualized IEP goals and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in treatment and documentation.
• Collect data to inform treatment plans and outcomes.
• Provide family and school team consultations as needed.
