Job summary

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP-CCC and Wisconsin licensure eligibility; school-based experience preferred; ability to manage a 38-40 student caseload and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; strong communication and documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP-CCC and eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure.
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Expertise in providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for diverse age groups and speech-language disorders.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in varied school settings, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student growth.
• Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development sessions as required.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives fostering inclusive practices and student well-being.
