Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a dynamic school-based setting near New Holstein, WI for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract offers the chance to make a real impact on students’ communication skills while collaborating with caring educators and families.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, SLP-CCC and Wisconsin licensure eligibility, school experience, and AAC expertise.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current SLP-CCC certification and eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
School-based experience is essential.
Hands-on experience with AAC required.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
Utilize AAC tools and strategies to support students’ expressive and receptive communication.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and support IEP development and implementation.
Provide direct therapy, consultation, and progress monitoring in accordance with best practices and district guidelines.
Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current in the field.
