Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in Wisconsin schools, serving elementary through high school students onsite. You’ll manage a caseload of 38–40, collaborate with school teams, and provide tailored assessment and intervention to support communication goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, SLP-CCC, and Wisconsin licensure (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and SLP-CCC certification required.
• Wisconsin licensure or eligibility to obtain required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work with students K-12 and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 38-40 students.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services onsite.
• Maintain records, progress monitoring, and timely reporting.
• Participate in IEP meetings with families and educational staff.
• Provide guidance to enhance academic success through improved communication skills.
• Adapt methods to each student's unique needs and educational goals.
