Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across elementary to high school settings. This full-time contract position is onsite near Green Bay, WI, during the 2026-2027 academic year, offering collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams and a manageable caseload.

You will provide evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP participation while documenting progress and communicating with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

Job description

As a valued school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work onsite, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication and learning goals. Expect a manageable caseload of approximately 38-40 students, providing direct services and support in both group and individual settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes
• Ability to work with students from elementary through high school levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseload documentation and schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluation, assessment, and direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports regarding therapy sessions and student progress
• Provide consultation and strategies to educators and families to support student communication skills in the school environment
