Job summary

Evergreen Public Schools in Vancouver, WA seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with communication disorders. This 1.0 FTE leave-replacement position is available for the 2026-2027 school year and requires eligibility for WA ESA licensure as an SLP.

The role collaborates with special and general education teams, develops IEPs, maintains documentation, and supports assistive technology and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• WA ESA licensure as an SLP preferred.
• Experience with IEP processes and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students for speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy and case management for eligible students.
• Collaborate with schools teams to support communication skills.
